Biography
艾雯(1931–1989)是香港資深的播音員、劇作家及演員。她於 1940 年代末至 1950 年代初在學期間已在校際演講及戲劇比賽中屢獲殊榮,隨後成為香港廣播界的代表人物。1951 至 1961 年間,她在麗的呼聲擔任播音員、演員、編導及節目監督;1961 年轉投香港商業電台,繼續創作並主持「天空小說」,直至 1970 年代中期。
艾雯的作品對香港影視圈影響深遠。超過 25 部電影改編自其廣播劇或由其親自撰寫劇本,包括與秦劍等名導演合作,以及由紅線女、陳寶珠、李小龍等影星參演。1970 年代中至 1980 年代初,她亦為佳藝電視、麗的電視及亞洲電視編寫劇本。其夫周澤雄(筆名冷魂)亦為著名播音人與作家。
Ngai Mun (1931–1989) was a prolific Hong Kong radio broadcaster, scriptwriter, and actress. Beginning her career in the late 1940s as a decorated student in drama and speech, she became a foundational figure in Hong Kong broadcasting. Between 1951 and 1961, she worked at Rediffusion Hong Kong as an announcer and producer. In 1961, she joined Commercial Radio Hong Kong, where she continued to write and produce "Sky Novels" (radio dramas) until the mid-1970s.
Her influence extended into cinema; over 25 films were adapted from her radio works or featured her original screenplays, including collaborations with directors like Chin Tsim and actors such as Connie Chan Po-chu and Bruce Lee. In the mid-1970s, she transitioned to television, writing for stations including Commercial TV, Rediffusion TV, and Asia TV (ATV). She often collaborated with her husband, the broadcaster and writer Chow Chak-hung (pen name Lang Hun).
