在《香港華商特藏》的大量文件中，有一部份文檔資料，彼此之間似乎沒有任何聯繫，也不屬於任何表列的商號檔案，我們統稱為雜項文件，現分為兩大類：商號和人物。前者涵蓋商務文檔，例如帳簿、法律文件、證書/執照/許可證、股票、訂貨單、存貨數列、發票和收據、會議記錄、商業信函、信件、手稿、書籍和期刊，照片、地圖、剪報、宣傳品、名片、便條等，我們按文件的種類和時序先後，進行排列和記錄。後者以人物為主，分別整理出19名人士的私人物品，例如契約文件、證書、書信、單據、雜件等，作有系統的紀錄，他們多是商人或中醫師。

Among the huge amount of materials on which the existing Hong Kong Chinese Merchants Collection was established, there is a group of mixed items that do not seem to be connected with each other, nor do they belong to any existing set of works of the HK Chinese Merchants Collection. They are now arranged into two categories: firms and people. The former consists of business documents such as account books, legal documents, certificates/licence/permit, shares, purchase order, inventory list, invoices and receipts, meeting notes, business correspondence, letters, manuscripts, books and periodicals, photographs, maps, newspaper clippings, advertising materials, cards, notes, etc. The latter contains personal materials of 19 individuals who were mostly businessmen and Chinese medicine practitioners. These materials include contracts, certificates, letters, receipts and miscellaneous items.
