本檔案保存了華南印務公司及其創辦人黃世河 (1901-？）在1930年代至1960年代的文檔和物件。黃世河是本港著名商人，是五、六十年代本港商界、社團及慈善機構的中堅分子，深受各界及宗親的尊崇。檔案分兩部份: 商務及非商務檔案，前者包括大量商業文檔如帳簿、進支記錄、交易記錄、生產計劃、產品樣本、合約、商務信件等；後者彙集了黃世河的私人文件，包括其參與社團及慈善機構、社交、家庭活動及個人興趣等的資料，有信件、手稿、演講詞、名片、剪報、照片和實物等。文檔內容主要以繁體中文書寫。

The fonds consists of textual materials and artifacts relating to the activities of Wah Nam Printing Co. and its founder, Mr. Wong Sai Ho (1901-?), a prominent businessman and a respectable figure in the social and community circles in Hong Kong. Materials are arranged into two series: Business documents and Non-business documents and from where nine sub-series are derived according to the content of the document between 1930s and 1960s. Business documents contain account books and financial records, trading records, production schedule, contractual papers, commercial correspondence, etc detailing the day-to-day operation of Wah Nam Printing Co. Non-business documents comprise the personal materials of Mr Wong Sai Ho showing his involvements in community organizations and groups, his social life, family activities and personal interests. These can be seen from the letters, manuscripts, notes, cards, pamphlets, newspaper and magazine clippings, photographs and artifacts in the collection. Textual materials in the fonds are mainly handwritten in traditional Chinese.
