余東旋有限公司的商務檔案分七部份，包括帳目文件、核數師報告、銀行結單、房產買賣記錄、租賃簿、房產維修文件、保險單、稅項評估及計算表、各類繳費單、發單及收據、信件、電報及其他 雜項。這些商務文檔大部份用英文打字、印刷或手寫，當時存放在文件夾、用書釘釘在一起或裝訂成冊。

This series consists of the business records of Eu Tong Sen Ltd. They are arranged into 7 subseries including financial papers, auditor’s reports, bank statements, purchase and sales of property, rent books, property repair documents, insurance papers, tax assessment and calculation sheets, invoices and receipts, letters, telegram and miscellaneous items. Most of these business records are printed, typed or handwritten in English and are kept in files, stapled or in bound books at the time.
