永成糖局是本港一家製糖的批發商，位於上環皇后街1 號，在九龍深水埗重慶街設有製造廠。從檔案資料及信件內容，可知其在天津設有分店 (永成津庄)，及在江門設有煉糖廠。其代理商陳信義，位於香港德輔道西 15 號。

檔案主要包含與商務相關的資料。現按文件類別分為三個部份：財務記錄、各類收據和商務函件，涵蓋 1929 至 1944 年，而以1930 年代的數量最多。

The Fonds consists of textual materials of Wing Shing Co., a local sugar company running a wholesale store at 1 Queen’s Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong and a sugar candy factory at the then Chung Hing Street, Shamshuipo, Kowloon. From the business materials and correspondence therein, it is noted that the company had a branch store in Tientsin and a sugar refinery in Chiangmen, China. Chan Shun Yee was its agent located at 15 Des Voeux Road West, HK.

Fonds contains mainly business-related materials. They are now arranged according to the type of document into three series: Financial record, Assorted receipts and Business correspondence covering a period from 1929 to 1944 with bulk in the 1930s.
