金唐酒家位於九龍上海街524-526及528號。檔案資料主要是商業文檔，涵蓋1969至1978年，包括年結算表、分類帳簿、生意埋櫃簿、銀行提存單、股票、股份轉讓文件、保險單、收據及雜項等。除文檔外，還有26張拍攝酒家內外的照片，此外還有兩本出席冊，一本是1962－1976年的董事簽名簿，另一是1976年股東簽名簿。

The Fonds consists of textual materials and photographs belonging to Kam Tong Restaurant, a Chinese restaurant located at 524-526 & 528 Shanghai Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Materials are chiefly business-related documents including year-end closing sheets, ledger, daily income log books, bank deposit/withdrawal slips, shares certificates, share transfer papers, insurance policies, and receipts, covering a period from 1969 to 1978. Also, there are 26 photographs showing the facade and the interior of the restaurant. There are two attendance books, one for the directors’meetings from 1962 to 1976 and the other is for shareholders’ meetings in 1976.
