「香港先施化粧品有限公司特藏」收藏了1926－1991年間先施化粧品有限公司（下簡稱先施公司）的商業文檔。檔案內容為五類: 證書、息摺、貨單及收據、信件、雜項等，當中以證書數量最多，涵蓋1926－1991年間先施公司簽發給各股東的股票證書 (共46張)、股份轉讓證書，及與股份轉讓相關的法律性文件，如股東離世後遺產繼承人提交的股權轉讓證件 (共40張)。此外還有香港中華廠商聯合會發給先施公司的會員證書 (1961)，及香港政府發給先施公司的商業登記證 (1985)。

除證書外，藏品還包括1926－1948年間先施公司簽發給股東的息摺共10 冊，及其他商業文件如客戶訂貨單、先施公司發票及收據 (1971－1974)、先施公司股票買賣記錄（1971－1974）、信件（1978）和一份文具庫存清單（年份不詳）等。

The Sincere Co. (Perfumery Manufacturers) Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘Sincere Co.’) Collection contains textual materials written mainly in Chinese. They are documented and arranged into 5 series: certificate, dividend passbook, purchase order, invoice and receipt, letter and miscellaneous item. Certificate constitutes the largest portion of the collection. It includes share certificates issued by Sincere Co. to shareholders (46 in total) and instrument of transfer plus official papers relating to the transfer of shares due to the passing of their owners (totalling 40 sheets) in the period 1926-1991. Also available here are two other certificates viz. Membership Certificate issued by The Chinese Manufacturers’ Association, Hong Kong to Sincere Co. (1961) and Business Registration Certificate issued by the Hong Kong Government to Sincere Co. (1985).

The collection also contains 10 dividend passbooks issued by Sincere Co. to shareholders between 1926 and 1948. Other business-related documents include purchase orders, invoices and receipts, transaction record of the buying and selling of stocks required by Sincere Co (1971-1974), letters (1978) and a stationery stock list (undated).
