這部份收錄了余東旋的私人物件，包括余東旋兩名兒子聯婚時戚友賀禮登記簿 (1939)；余東旋喪禮上親友來花圈登記簿 (1941)；余宅膳食支數簿及什用簿共五冊 (1946－1948) ；余宅客廳照片乙張 (年份不詳)等。除此之外，還有一些書刊和雜件，例如香港總商會年報、期刊、圖書目錄、日文課本等，都是1941－1949年間的印刷品，另有台灣海峽形勢圖乙張 (年份不詳)。

This series contains Eu Tong Sen’s personal documents comprising a gift record book in respect of the joint wedding ceremony of his two sons; a flower wreath registration book of Eu’s funeral; 2 family expenditure log books and 1 photograph of the living room in Eu’s house. Apart from the above, there are some printed books and miscellaneous items such as copies of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce Report, periodicals, book catalog, Japanese textbooks printed between 1941 and 1949 and a map of the Taiwan Strait etc.
