資料包含余東旋有限公司於1937－1962年間與相關政府部門、工程顧問、建築師、測量師等，就有關競投拍賣地、發展新地段、興建房屋、擴闊道路、平整地盤、興建臨時碼頭等事宜的來往信件，以及處理受建築工程影響的居民的投訴。此外還包括1951－1955年間有關余東旋有限公司名下物業的出售、租賃、維修和契據等的信件和電報。

This subseries contains correspondence between Eu Tong Sen Ltd. and relevant government departments, project consultants, architect, surveyor etc. regarding the bidding and development of crown land, erection of houses, road widening, site leveling, temporary pier construction etc. and the handling of complaints from residents affected by construction works (1937－1962). Also included in this subseries are letters and telegrams about the sales, lease, repairs and contracts in respect of the properties of Eu Tong Sen Ltd. for the period 1951－1955。
