聯益行在香港永樂西街130號開業，經營中藥材及各種雜貨兼代客沽貨，其後遷至文咸西街32號，除國藥外，亦售賣海味、雜糧、礦產膠皮，兼收代理。檔案根據文件類型分為五部份: 財務記錄、貨單、發票及收據、股票、商業函件和雜項，涵蓋 1900 年至 1978 年的時期。

Luen Yick Hong started its Chinese herbal medicine business at 130 Wing Lok Street West, Hong Kong selling also a variety of grocery goods consigned by business companies and individuals. It was later relocated to 32 Bonham Strand West where, apart from selling Chinese herb medicine, goods like dried seafood, mineral products, grain products and others were sold and it continued to serve as a licensed consignment agent. The fonds is arranged into five series according to the type of documents comprising financial records, goods orders, invoice and receipts, shares, business correspondence and miscellaneous, ranging from 1900 to 1978.
