商務檔案收錄了中光布廠的各類商業文件，包括自1919年至1964年間的財務記錄、營業記錄、各類繳費單和收據、合約文件，及有關商務的信件等，當中以1930年代至1950年代的數量最多。原件資料頗為分散和不完整，估計當時欠完善保存。

Contained in this series are various business documents of Chung Kwong Weaving Factory comprising financial record, trading record, payment bills and receipts, contractual papers and business-related correspondence from 1919 up to 1964with bulks in the period 1950s. Materials in this collection are rather dispersed and fragmentary and presumably not very well-preserved at the time they were created.
