這部份檔案收藏了5冊來貨簿 (1960 、1961、1964 ) 、6冊出倉簿 (1960、1961、1964、 1965 )，與及當時用作記錄各號來貨或提貨的通知單共3,187張 (1947－1966年)，現已按年存檔，若有夾附在上述來貨簿、出倉簿內的零散通知單，則仍保存在各該冊內。

藏品中亦包括印刷材料或機器供應商及各商號向華南印務公司開立的發票和月結單，數量龐大，計自1933 至 1968 年間共有約 7,500 張發票和 900 張月結單，而以1941 年及50年代中 至60年代的數量最多，另有大量物資交付、貨運、海上保險、伙食、消耗品、租金、電費、電話費、捐款、報紙訂閱費等的付款收據，亦按年份保存在檔案中。 營業記錄也包括華南印務公司在 1935 年至 1956 年間給客戶的發票和月結單，約50 多張，大多在1950 年。另有約50 份由客戶簽署的訂貨回單，確認其同意華南印務公司的報價、印刷數量和條款要求等。

This sub-series contains five record books created in 1960, 1961 and 1964 to record incoming raw materials and six books, dated 1960, 1961, 1964 and 1965, to record outgoing products. Loose slips, totaling 3,187 sheets, serving as notes for picking up raw materials or products at the time are now arranged by years from 1947 to 1966. Some are put together with their respective record books if available.

There is an enormous amount of invoices and month-end statements issued to Wah Nam Printing Co. by suppliers of printing equipment and materials, business partners and service providers over the years. About 7,500 invoices and 900 month-end statements are found between 1933 and 1968, with bulks in 1941 and from mid-1950s to 1960s. A large quantity of receipts of delivered goods and materials, transportation expenses, marine insurance, expenses on food and consumables, rent, electricity and phone bills, donations, newspaper subscription etc. are also kept and bound by year during the said period.

There are about 50 order confirmations signed by customer firms and business partners agreeing on the cost, quantity and terms offered by Wah Nam Co. More than 50 invoices, month-end statements and payment reminders were issued by Wah Nam Printing Co. to customers between 1935 and 1956, mostly in 1950.
