這部份收藏了黃世河於 1950 至 1970 年代參與本港商業組織、非牟利機構、學校及慈善團體的文檔，包括香港四邑商工總會、五邑工商總會、台山商會、中華總商會、中藥聯商會、黃族宗親會、東華三院、香港防癆會、保良局、台山學校、街坊福利會等，還有黃世河在1950－ 1962年間獲委任為董事、名譽顧問、理事或監事等的證書共11張。 藏品資料主要是上述社團、慈善機構或個別人士在1950年代至 1970 年代末寄給黃世河的文件，數量甚多，有信件、會議記錄、會刊、通告、報告、典禮、籌款及康樂活動、晚宴等的邀請函，共約1,350張。此外還有請柬、賀卡、名片、會員名錄、期刊、抽獎券，另有團隊錦旗、名譽章、名譽花及紀念章等。此外有黃世河寫給社團機構或個別人士的信件，大多在1950 年代，均為留底信和信件草稿。

This subseries contains documents showing Mr. Wong’s involvements in various commercial associations, non-profit-making organizations, schools and welfare groups such as Hong Kong Sze Yap Commercial and Industrial Association, Five Districts Business Welfare Association , Toi Shan Chamber of Commerce, Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, Chinese Medicine Merchants Association, Hong Kong Wong Clan Association, Tung Wah Group of Hospitals, Hong Kong Anti-Tuberculosis Association, Po Leung Kuk, Toi Shan School, kaifong welfare associations, and many more from 1950s to 1970s. A total of 11 certificates appointing him as Director, Honorary Advisor or Supervisor etc. of some of these organizations in the 1950s and 1960s are available in this collection.

Also available in this sub-series is a large amount of correspondences sent from these community organizations and individuals to Mr Wong over the years from 1950 to late 1970s. They include letters, notes of meetings, newsletters, notices, reports, invitation letters to ceremonies, fund-raising and recreational activities, dinner gatherings etc. amounting to about 1,350 sheets of paper. Others like invitation cards, greeting cards, business cards, members’ directory, periodicals, raffle tickets etc. and several artifacts like team pennant, lapel pins and flowers and souvenir badges are included. Letters written by Mr Wong to some of these community groups and individual members in the 1950s are also available in the materials. They are chiefly draft copies.
