除交易發票和收據外，商務檔案中還有公用服務、政府稅項和租金的繳費單和收據，涵蓋1936年至1960年，包括日佔時期，例如電費單、電話單、水費單、清糞費單、地稅單、物業稅單、利得稅單、差餉單，以及政府其他收費。此外還有中光布廠的繳租收據，包括其永吉街店舖的租金收據。

Apart from business invoices and receipts, there are other payment bills and receipts plus payment reminders issued to Chung Kwong for public utility services such as power supply, telephone, water and conservancy charges from 1936 to 1960 in which the Japanese Occupation Period is included. Demand notes and receipts for crown rent, property tax, profits tax, rates and miscellaneous government charges are also available for the same period with bulk in the 1950s. Also there are rent receipts including those of Chung Kwong’s payments made for its retail fabric store on Wing Kut Street.
