商務函件分兩類 : 外來及內部函件，是1931－1941 及 1950－1960 年間與商務有關的信件。外來函件包括華南印務公司與客戶的生意往來信 (約650張，包括信件副本，及32封電報)、與政府部門的來往信 (5張)，及與律師就法庭傳召欠款聆訊的來往信 (共11 張)等。內部函件則包括華南印務香港總公司或工廠與新加坡分公司 (叻局)的來往信、備忘文件和便條等共700多張。Correspondences in this sub-series are of two types: external and internal correspondence covering the periods 1931-1941 and 1950-1960.
