商業函件中有近1,450張信件和108張電報，主要是1930年代和1940年代初永成糖局港庄與天津庄代理人之間的通信，當中一小部分約70張是來自家庭成員的私人信件。This sub-series contains a large quantity of business letters amounting to about 1,450 sheets and 108 telegrams mainly sent between the agent representatives of the Hong Kong store and Tientsin store in the periods of the 1930s and early 1940s. A small portion, around 70 sheets, are personal letters from family members.
